What is the best form of spa treatment used to reduce age spots?

I’m trying to find a spa treatment for my mother. She is very self conscious about an age spot above her eyebrow and wants to attempt to fade it with a spa treatment and is confused as to which one to use. I have researched the local spa in the major town near us and have found no treatment to fade age spots. Any suggestions?

i am curious how everyone recommends to get rid of age spots - and what the best method is to reduce or rid of them, or brand of product, etc. (outside of covering them with makeup.) i hate my age spots!

Even with foundation I notice that the age spots are still visible.Using a thicker layer of foundation makes one look like a clown???Solution??
